I'm aware that for many women, a 7 week course is a big commitment.
So, I've repackaged Pass the Mic into a bitesize version for those who have a busy few months coming up, but still want the chance to work on their speaking.
This means that you can still learn all the tools and techniques I share in the full course, and use them to practice in your own time.
The course is structured across three sessions:
- Monday 14th October, 6-8pm - 2 hour online workshop
- Monday 21st October, 6.30-7.30pm - 60 minute (optional) drop in Q+A
- Wednesday 28th October, 6-8pm - 2 hour online workshop
In the workshops, I will explain the whole process I have used to become a professional public speaker. They will be interactive so you have a chance to test out some of the tools in real time.
You will also receive an audio lesson+ exercise before we start, plus all of the worksheets and additional resources that are included in the full course. All the sessions will be recorded.

Your preliminary exercise will be an energy audit. We won't spend a long time on this in the workshop, but factoring in your energy is a critical part of improving overall performance so we'll look at the common trip hazards.
