Through a blend of coaching, and facilitation I help individuals and organisations to write new rules for themselves. 

This might look like individual leadership coaching, team workshops or longer term training to help navigate  organisational culture change. I'm also an experienced public speaker and coach for women who want to find their voice. 

The framework that underpins my approach is Be More Pirate, which invokes the necessary courage to create change. It began life as a bestselling business book by my co-pirate Sam Conniff. Together, we built a global network around it, wrote a second book, launched a podcast and evolved the book into a movement.  

Be More Pirate might sound like an unusual way to look at change, but there's much more to the pirate story and philosophy than meets the eye. It's taught me to examine both my internal limitations and the external social rules defining what is normal, and what is right. Too often, they become prisons of our own making. 

Be More Pirate has allowed me, and thousands of others, to redefine their life, and I couldn't be prouder to be Captain.
