LET ME HELP YOU BECOME AN INFLUENTIAL SPEAKER
If someone had told me at school that being able to articulate myself verbally would have the biggest impact on my confidence, earning power and ability to influence others, I would have practised EVERY DAY.
In my experience, it's rare to find workplaces that delivers adequate training on how to talk about our ideas, beliefs, values or desires, in a way that makes others sit up and take notice. I had to learn by doing: after three years with Be More Pirate I’ve delivered almost 100 talks, online and off - from corporate execs to ambulance services, and I want to share all the tools that have helped me along the way.
It doesn't matter if you have no aspirations to public speaking - improving your verbal communication has a significant impact on daily interactions like speaking up in meetings, resolving conflict, setting boundaries, networking, pitching to potential clients, going for job interviews, or talking about the causes that matter to you.
The cost is £260 per person. You'll be joining a small group of women (9-10) in a safe (but brave) environment where you'll get the chance to test out and practice what you really want to say. The are 4 x 90 minute group calls (+ 1 optional check in call), and roughly 2 hours of self study per week.
More information, including a week by week breakdown, in the PDF overview below.

The audience will feel what you feel, whether its 1:1 or 300 people, before saying a word, first you have to get to grips with what your body is saying
What do you really want to say? Your unique take on a topic is what gives you the edge, so we'll uncover where and why you might be self-editing
The secret to speaking with ease is having your key messages locked down and embedded in your muscle memory - we'll cover how to get there
Fear is normal and it can be harnessed to improve performance, but not if we get stuck in the story of past failure or perfectionism
The devil is in the detail so they say and certain words, used consistently, reduce the clarity, coherence and confidence of our message - time to strip them out
Finally, putting together a speech: from start to finish - how to hook the audience, create a story arc, prepare visuals and use voice as a platform
All the content will come via audio recordings, so have a listen to this audio version of the brochure to get a taster of the programme.
